Sitting at 9 inches tall with his legs kicked forward and wearing black and red boots, blue pants, a striped blue and white jacket as his outfit is 'topped off' with a black and red top hat. Three feathers extend from behind his back as a burst of blue chest hair pops from his open jacket, while plumes of vibrant blue frame his dark purple face that has a wicked green smile curving across it.
